CABINS

Our cabins are nestled in a beautiful wooded area adjacent to the lake. Many of the cabins are on the lakefront, and all are near the lake. Some overlook the lake. All have large fireplaces, kitchens with modern appliances, and modern plumbing. Twenty-three (23) cabins are available. Below the pictures are detailed descriptions and prices. Cabins 1-4: Lake view cabins. These cabins are equipped to sleep six (one double bed in the living room, one double bed in the bedroom, plus a set of bunk beds). Completely equipped, electric kitchen, shower and fireplace. Opening day to Fourth of July and Labor Day to closing date the rate per night is $135.00 for four*. Fourth of July through Labor Day available by week only (Sun. to Sun.) at $865.00 for four*. Max is 6 people. Linens are NOT provided.
Cabins 5-10: Lake front cabins. Same as above; opening date to Fourth of July and Labor Day to closing date the rate per night is $145.00 for four*. Fourth of July through Labor Day available by week only (Sun. to Sun.) at $920.00 for four*. Max is 6 people. Linens are NOT provided
Cabins 11-15: Lake front cabins. One room with two double beds, shower and fireplace. No cooking will be allowed in these units. Opening date to Fourth of July and Labor Day to closing date the rate per night is $80.00 for two*. Fourth of July to Labor Day available by week only (Sun. to Sun.) at $560.00 for two*. Max is 4 people. Linens are NOT provided.
Cabin 16-19: Lake front cabins. One room with two double beds, electric kitchen newly remodeled in 2001, bathroom, and fireplace. Opening date to Fourth of July and Labor Day to closing date the rate per night is $110.00 for two*. Fourth of July to Labor Day available by week only (Sun. to Sun.) at $760.00 for two*. Max is 4 people. Linens are NOT provided.
Cabins 20-23: Lake view cabins. Same as above. Opening date to Fourth of July and Labor Day to closing date the rate per night is $105.00 for two*. Fourth of July to Labor Day available by week only (Sun. to Sun.) at $705.00 for two*. Max is 4 people. Linens are NOT provided.
Cabin 24: A large separate family unit with tree double beds, double size hide-a-bed, electric kitchen, and bathroom. Opening date to Fourth of July and Labor Day to closing date the rate per night is $135.00 for four*. Fourth of July to Labor Day available by week only (Sun. to Sun.) at $865.00 for four*. Max is 8 people. Linens are NOT provided.

* - Additional guests and pets are $10.00 per night extra.

Bed and bath linens are not provided. Kitchen units come equipped with refrigerator, range top, oven, coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes, and silverware.

Minimum cabin rental is for two nights. Extra persons and pets are $10.00 per night. Current dechutes county room tax is applicable.
Reservations: All reservations are required to be paid in full with a $100.00, non refundable deposit.
Cabin Cancellations: If cancellation is made prior to 30 days before occupancy date and if your cabin can be re-rented for all nights reserved, then a full refund, less the $100.00 deposit, will be made. Parties or families renting 2 or more cabins must cancel prior to 60 days before occupancy date.
Early check Outs: Guests will be responsible for the cost of their full stay. Refunds will not be given for any reason.
Pet Fee: $10.00 per pet per day.
Firewood: No wood cutting is allowed in the National Forrest. You may purchase bundled firewood for a minimal fee.
Motor boats: 14 ft. 6HP - $30.00 for 2 hours (minimum) then $15.00 per hour; $65.00 for 6 hours; $85.00 for 12 hours
Pontoon Boat: 18 ft. 40HP - $125.00 for half day, 5.5 hours (minimum); $195.00 for full day, 11.5 hours; plus fuel and deposit.
Canoes, Kayaks, & Paddleboats: $10.00 per hour (1 hour minimum)
Jet skiis: $165.00 for 4 hours (minimum); $225.00 for 8 hours; plus fuel, oil & deposit.
Buoy rental: $500.00 per season

Off season discounts are available from opening date to June 20th; three to six days = 10% discount. Weekly = 15% discount.
Restaurant open May 24th through Labor Day. Limited hours during off season.
All you can eat alder smoked ribs Fridays & Saturdays, June 13th through Labor Day.
